RIMOND at the European Sustainable Energy Week 2025: our contribution to a shared future
We had the pleasure of taking part in the European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW), one of the most significant events in Europe dedicated to the energy transition.
A valuable moment of exchange, where key topics such as community energy, climate justice, and the EU’s new plan to make energy more accessible, sustainable, and inclusive for all were at the heart of the discussion.
For RIMOND, participating in events like this means stepping into the center of change connecting with key players in the field, contributing to the dialogue on sustainable development models, staying up to date with cutting-edge policies, and most importantly, promoting concrete solutions for the future of the built environment.
During the week, we presented two projects that embody our vision:
WESHARE – Coordinated by RIMOND, this project supports European Energy Transition by promoting to remove financial, regulatory, and technical barriers to energy cooperation. In collaboration with the Impact Advisory Hub and GENERA (Energy Service Company), WESHARE assesses the economic and social impact of energy communities across three industrial parks in Belgium, Spain, and Portugal with the ambition of scaling the model across Europe.
GINNGER – Within the project, RIMOND is responsible for implementing several digital tools included in the project’s technological toolkit and for designing a sustainable cycling path at the pilot site of Orte (Italy). Our contribution focuses on validating co-creation models for urban regeneration by integrating solutions across the areas of Energy, Renovation, Resources, and Mobility. Through these activities, RIMOND supports the development of long-term collaborative strategies for the transformation of European neighborhoods.
Innovation and sustainability have always been at the heart of our mission. We believe that every opportunity for dialogue is a chance to grow, build meaningful partnerships, and actively contribute to real, shared, and lasting change.
