To preserve and protect it, we are guided by our Code of Conduct, which outlines the basic legal guidelines that we must follow and the general ethical principles that help each of us make the right decisions when conducting business worldwide. As a socially responsible organization, we owe it to ourselves, our partners, and the communities affected by our work to adhere to these ethical principles and seek business partners who live up to the same standards.

    Our Code of Conduct provides a consistent and company-wide statement of how we conduct ourselves and the business practices we use. It establishes the expectations, obligations, and responsibilities of all of our employees and sets out guidelines for behavior in all situations and circumstances, irrespective of the local culture, business climate, or competitive environment.

  • MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

     

    We are committed to respecting the dignity and human rights of the individuals with whom we work. Our Modern Slavery Act Statement describes how we continually assess the possible modern slavery risks in both within our own operations and our supply chain and conduct due diligence to ensure we are not causing or contributing to adverse human rights impacts.

    Our working environment is one where employees are encouraged and supported to challenge questionable conduct. Our Whistle-blower Policy ensures that there is no retaliation against those who report issues and concerns in good faith.
